1. Choose your Party Package & Check Availability of your Date
To begin your booking, choose which AmazingDens package you would like, email us at: [email protected] and we’ll check our availability on the date you need it. Please try to give us a few weeks notice, if possible, to enable us to create the perfect event and any extras that you may require. We can do events at short notice – if the date is available, so please do contact us to check. Once we have confirmed that the requested date is available, we require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure the date, which also confirms acceptance of our T&Cs (these can be emailed to you or viewed on our website). Your deposit can be paid via PayPal or invoice which will be sent via email. Please note that until a deposit is received, the event date is not booked.
2. AmazingDens Booking Request Form
After your event date is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your booking request form (which can also be accessed via the ‘Book My Party’ section of the website) for you to fill in and submit. Please let us know if you have any ideas or special requests in mind, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We will then send to you email confirmation for both the deposit and receipt of the completed booking form.
We will get in touch a week prior to the event, to confirm the delivery time and any final details with you, making sure things run smoothly on the day.
3. We Deliver, Set Up and Style The Dens
The big day is finally here, and so are we! We’ll arrive ready to bring your event dreams to life by transforming your space with our gorgeous set ups. In just 1 to 2 hours (depending on the event), your room/venue will be transformed into the perfect party setting that your mini guests will adore. Once we’ve checked everything, we’ll quietly slip away, leaving you and the party guests to enjoy the magic of the night …or day. We always aim to finish at least one hour before the party starts, giving you plenty of time to relax and soak in the magical atmosphere before the fun begins.

We wanted to host a movie night at our studio this Christmas. We were very lucky to be able to book AmazingDens who helped make the event extra special. Massive bean bags, blankets, hoodies, our vips had a Den bed & goodies, fairy lights, trays to place their drinks & snacks. Honestly it was such an impressive set up, all our students loved it. We will definitely be booking some more movie nights for sure. The ladies set everything up & took everything down, very organised & professional.

Henry had a super surprise for his 4th birthday! AmazingDens created the most amazing Spiderman and Hulk dens for him and his cousin! There wasn’t anything that they didn’t think of and the thoughtfulness that went into it was incredible! Totally recommend them for any theme you desire!

Amazing Dens hosted our Christmas Movie Night at school and it was absolutely amazing! Rose & Romana did a great job, very little effort required from us and they just got straight to it, set the room up and then cleared the rooms following the event! Amazing dens were fabulous from start to finish. Great communication leading up to my little boys sleepover.
The dens themselves were above and beyond. My little boy and his cousins were so chuffed, they all wanted to get in their pyjamas and go to sleep at 5pm!! (A parents dream sleepover)
