1. Choose your Sleepover Party Theme and Package & Check Availability of your Date
To begin your child’s sleepover party booking, choose which AmazingDens sleepover party theme and package you would like, email us at: [email protected] and we’ll check that it’s available on the date you need it. Please try to give us a few weeks notice, if possible, to enable us to create the perfect teepee sleepover and any extras that you may require. We can do a sleepover party at short notice, if the date is available, so please do contact us to check. Once we have confirmed that the requested date is available, we require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure the date, which also confirms acceptance of our T&Cs (these can be emailed to you or viewed on our website). Your deposit can be paid on the website or via invoice which will be sent via email. Please note that until a deposit is received, the party date is not booked.
2. Amazing Dens Booking Request Form
After your sleepover party date is confirmed, you’ll receive a an email with your booking request form for you to fill in and submit. Please let us know if you have any sleepover party ideas or special requests in mind, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We will then send to you email confirmation for both the deposit and receipt of the completed booking form.
We will get in touch a week prior to the sleepover party, to confirm the delivery time and any final details with you, making sure things run smoothly on the day.
3. We Deliver, Set Up and Style The Teepee Dens
The big day is finally here, and so are we! We’ll arrive ready to bring your sleepover dreams to life by transforming your space with our gorgeous teepee dens. In just 1 to 2 hours (depending on the number of dens), your room will be transformed into the perfect party setting that your mini guests will adore. Once we’ve checked everything, we’ll quietly slip away, leaving you and the party guests to enjoy the magic of the night. We always aim to finish at least one hour before the party starts, giving you plenty of time to relax and soak in the magical atmosphere before the fun begins.
