At AmazingDens, we turn ordinary sleepovers into extraordinary adventures! Each child gets their very own Amazing Den, beautifully set up in your chosen theme for a magical and unforgettable experience. We deliver, set up, and style our Dens, then return the next day to pack everything up. We’re based in Newark, but cover large parts of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire & Leicestershire. All our packages are available in any theme of your choice.

1. Choose your Package & Check Availability

To begin your booking, choose which AmazingDens package you would like, email us at: [email protected] and we’ll check our availability on the date you need it. Please try to give us a few weeks notice, if possible, to enable us to create the perfect event and any extras that you may require. We can do events at short notice – if the date is available, so please do contact us to check. Once we have confirmed that the requested date is available, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the date, which also confirms acceptance of our T&Cs (these can be emailed to you or viewed on our website). Your deposit can be paid via PayPal or invoice which will be sent via email. Please note that until a deposit is received, the event date is not booked.

2. The Fun Part – Getting Personal & Planning

Once your date is confirmed and your package selected, the magic truly begins. This is where we get to know you and start shaping your perfect sleepover experience—exploring themes, colours, and those all-important personal touches. If you have any special requests, we’ll always do our utmost to bring them to life.

Shortly afterwards, you’ll receive a confirmation email/message with all your booking details, along with your invoice, so everything is seamlessly in place.

3. We Deliver, Set Up and Style The Dens

When your special day arrives, our team will be there to bring the magic to life. We’ll transform your space into a beautifully styled sleepover setting, complete with our signature dens and enchanting finishing touches.

Each setup is thoughtfully designed and carefully arranged. It takes between one and two hours, depending the number of dens. Once everything looks just right, we’ll quietly slip away—leaving you and your guests to step into your own little world of cosy, sleepover magic.

We always aim to have everything ready at least an hour before the party begins, so you can relax, take it all in, and enjoy the excitement before your guests arrive.

FAQs

Can all tents be set up in different themes?

Yes! Each tent can have its own unique theme, allowing you to mix and match according to your preferences. Whether it’s superheroes in one tent and fairies in another, we’re happy to make your vision come to life!

How do I secure my booking?

To secure your booking, simply fill out our online booking request form, and we will confirm availability. A 25% deposit is required once your booking is confirmed to secure your date.

At AmazingDens, we cater to a variety of events, including children’s playdates, birthday parties, movie nights, pamper parties, and themed sleepovers. We’re happy to work with you to create a bespoke experience for any occasion!
